We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened products. Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
We do not accept opened or used products for sanitary and safety reasons. If opened, only defective products will be accepted for exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us at help@higherdose.com with your order information and thorough details of what you are experiencing with the product. We will assist you with troubleshooting, and if necessary replace the item entirely.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first, or your exchange will not be processed. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and will then be able to track when your purchase has been received at our facility.
Upon receiving the product back at our facility, it will undergo inspection, at which point we will share any findings with you. If the product is deemed to be defective, it will be replaced at no cost to you. Depending on where you live and available inventory, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.
