To be eligible for a return you MUST first contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first, or your return/exchange will not be processed.
Items need to be returned in a like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched, torn or missing major contents may be denied a return.
Please contact us at email@example.com so that we can most quickly assist you. We'll need basic info like your order number, or an email address used to place the order. In most cases we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
Refunds are processed after we receive items at our warehouse. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed after the returned item(s) have been received. If you're waiting for an exchange, the exchanged item will be shipped out within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s).
