We would recommend starting out by gently cleaning and drying your face before using the mask. Do not apply sunscreen, as red light therapy is a safe way to absorb the rejuvenating light of the sun, without the harmful UV rays.
For optimal results, use your Red Light Face Mask for a minimum of 10 minutes, 3-5 times a week. Our functional design lets you add this treatment to a sauna or PEMF session - or to keep flowing with your daily routine.
We also recommend adding our light-activated Glow Serum before you put on your Red Light Face Mask to boost the benefits of your session, and for an added boost try applying a hydrating facial mask or a nourishing moisturizer.
